Music is the harmonious vibration of sound waves that influence the body and mind. Music is known to create harmony and a peaceful state for the mind and body due to which a lot of health conditions including anxiety, stress, blood pressure and several other problems show drastic improvements. At the deepest level of our being, Vedic music therapy uses the primeval sound vibrations so as to resonate and create balance. Ragas, known for their serene and rhythmic melodies and moods derived by the Ancient Indian classical musicians, who studied human nature and behavior pertaining to grief and ecstasy, pain as well as pleasure, dusk and dawn and many more which is used as a tool to control the physiological (the study that deals with the functions and activities of living beings), psychological (study of human behavior) and even social activities of the patients. Moreover, introduction of technology such as data mining in music therapy makes it more efficient, feasible and easy to implement on any level.
